FLEX FRIDAY💖. MY PERFECT ARTIST.

 

     The lives of a few at Tegavis. At the entrance of Tegavis town was the mayor's house and government secretariat, and at the town end was the Obla house. Elisa Obla was the only daughter of her mother and had only an older brother. She didn't make friends with a lot of people in town but she was known with Caleb West even though their parents didn't get along.

Elisa left Tegavis for the city, Vedar, and Joey, an orphan, moved into the town from the city a year later, reminding everyone of Elisa even for the fact that she lived in the Obla house, except for been a nicer version of Elisa.

      Caleb West had been a known artist in Tegavis at a very young age, though he never really had or cared about the support of his father and brother, his mother however loved and encouraged him. His best encouragement was Elisa as she became his best friend for his talent. He joined the town's art competition and won for five years consecutively. In same vein, he travelled to Vedar with the help of Joey for an art competition. 

      Was his real reason for travelling the competition or for his childhood best friend?  Would he meet her again? If he did, how would he? How would the competition go for someone who had been winning for five years in a row in another city? Who were those who truly loved him, trusted his work and supported him?

The Dreamer

       In a new place, with a strange dream... PART 1/2       Jasire opened his eyes slowly. Regardless of his fearsome dream, he was used to waking up quietly, as his mother would surely awake at any sound he or his siblings made, cautioning them to keep their voices low as the night was a very sensitive time. For the sake his mother, Jasire sat up as quietly as he could, this time, his mother wasn't leaning on the wall, asleep, and he infact had slept on a bed the night before, with his younger brother Tola by his right. The day was clear and Jasire felt a little bit of fright within him as he saw his mother asleep on a mat with his younger sister,  Alita.        Maya sat crouched on her bed, leaning partially against the wall. She had just awoken not long ago, the day was getting bright and so Maya figured it was almost 7 am. She knew she'd wait at least 30 minutes in that position before the door opens and the switch turns on.      Maya didn't love feeling too cold, but she loved the feeling of cold, she loved the season of cold. She loved it a million times than the hot season.  The thoughts within Gab went on and on. Surely, there was no end to the mind. Every single thing had a depth,and that, a depth indeed. The depth of a single thing was connected to other things that don't seem to matter, but when looked at long and well enough,  it had its own unimaginable depth. When Gab was lost in thoughts, she had plenty of time to think over the depth of these matters, but with plenty of time, time was never enough. INSPIRED MONDAY: All things work together

      Riah had a lot on her schedule. In about 35 minutes, her driver would arrive and would take her and her new and only daughter to her new school. Riah looked on at the paper she had written her schedule on earlier that morning as it lay on her dressing table, she seemed lost in her schedule. The only things she had done were the arranging of her bag, the reading of her bible and devotion with her daughter.      Riah felt sleepy, she felt the need to close her eyes but she shut the thought out.        Another way of relieving burdens, letting all the stress go is Praise.       One may wonder how this is possible when you seem to not have any strength left.
